Can we bring our dog?
YES! I am a huge animal lover, and your pets are absolutely welcome at outdoor sessions. I just ask that you bring along some high-value treats, a leash, and an extra set of hands (like a friend or family member) to hold them when they aren't in the frame so we can get some shots of just the humans, too!
What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor shoot?
Living in Upstate NY means we have to be flexible with the weather! If there is heavy rain, extreme wind, or severe weather in the forecast, I will reach out 12–24 hours before our session to make the call. If we need to reschedule due to weather, your retainer transfers directly to a new date with absolutely no penalty.
What should we wear?
My biggest rule is to wear something you feel confident and comfortable in! For families and couples, I recommend coordinating rather than matching perfectly. Pick a color palette of 3 to 4 complementary colors and mix in some subtle textures (like a chunky knit sweater or denim). Once you book, I am always happy to help you narrow down your outfit choices!
Do we get the unedited or RAW files?
No, I do not provide raw or unedited files. A huge part of the Lisa Bianco Photography experience is my signature editing style! Delivering half-finished work goes against my brand, so you will only receive the beautifully polished, fully edited final images.
How and when will we receive our photos?
How do we officially book a session?
You will receive a link to your private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session. From there, you can download all of your high-resolution images directly to your phone or computer.
It is super easy! Once we decide on a date, time, and location, I will email you a digital contract and an invoice for your retainer. Once those are signed and paid, your session is officially locked into my calendar!
